All decentralized blockchain communities have some form of compensation scheme for those who help safeguard their network. In Lightcoin, anyone with LHC can contribute to the network's security and gain rewards for their efforts by participating in the proof-of-stake system.

There are three ways you may utilize your LHC to earn interest on what you already possess. If you don't have LHC but want to earn some, the fourth technique permits you to do so through community service.

Method 1 – Running a Masternode

Method 2 – Stake Your LHC on Mainnet or other Networks like BSC
